Cancellation Policy
New Prgaue Inn tend to be small. Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. For any cancellation or change of dates, we must receive 14 days* notice prior to your confirmed arrival for a refund of your deposit, less a $25 fee per room. If any cancellation is made within 14 days*, regardless of the reason, your deposit will be non-refundable. You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.
If any change of dates (including shortening a reservation) is requested within 14 days*, regardless of the reason, a one-time change is permitted, subject to availability and minimum stay restrictions. There is a $75 fee for this change and your deposit becomes non-refundable. After check-in, a shortened stay will remain charged in full per the original reservation.
Group Cancellations
Group reservations consisting of ten (10) or more rooms are final and deposits are completely non-refundable.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am.
Travel Insurance
We realize that cancellations are often beyond your personal control. For this reason we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. New Prgaue Inn will be happy to supply your travel insurance company with any needed documentation regarding our policy and your reservation. For insurance information please visit InsureMyTrip.
Rates, Taxes & Gratuities
Rates do not include a 9% Maine lodging tax and are subject to change without prior notice. Gratuities for the housekeeping crew are not included in the room rate.
Deposit
For a multiple night stay, a deposit of half of the total charges is due at the time of booking. For a one night stay, the full amount is due as a deposit. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club or Discover. We will send confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of your deposit.
Additional Person
Up to two additional people may be accommodated in our suites only for the rate of $50 per person per night. Children do qualify as additional guests.
Children
New Prgaue Inn welcomes children. Most rooms can accommodate only two people. Our suites can accommodate up to 4 people. Please see our policy on additional people.
Pets
Pet are not allowed on the property. We'd be happy to recommend nearby kennels if necessary.
Accessibility
Please note that access to some rooms requires the use of stairs.
Guest Responsibility
While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
